If I had visceral fat to lose, I'd do this

Hi Reader,

I know we've been talking a lot about visceral fat lately, but I promise this is my last video on the topic for a while! 😂

I wanted to finish this series by bringing everything together into one practical video.

So, in my latest YouTube video, I'm sharing exactly what I would do as a dietitian if I had visceral fat to lose.

We're covering everything from nutrition and exercise to sleep, stress and the little lifestyle changes that can make a big difference over time.

No extreme diets, no cutting out entire food groups, and definitely no quick fixes. Just practical, evidence-based advice that you can actually stick to.

And next up? We're moving on to a topic that I know so many of you struggle with but that doesn't get talked about nearly enough... constipation! 💩

Have a lovely weekend!

P.S. I'm heading to Amsterdam and Paris this week! 🇳🇱🇫🇷 If you have any favorite food spots or restaurant recommendations, please hit reply and let me know. I'd love to hear them! ❤️

Stay happy & healthy!

all my favorites | recipes | videos Hi Reader, If you haven't bought a tin of pumpkin purée yet this autumn, consider this your sign. 🎃 I know pumpkin can feel like an ingredient you buy for one recipe and then forget about, but there's plenty you can do with the rest. Stir a spoonful into porridge with cinnamon, add it to pancake batter, or mix it into yogurt with a little maple syrup. Just look for plain pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling, which already has sugar and spices added. I...

RECIPES | YOUTUBE | SHARE FEEDBACK Hi Reader, One thing I really love about nutrition is that you’re never really “finished” learning. Even after years of university and working as a dietitian, I’m still constantly reading, listening, questioning things and sometimes changing my mind when better evidence comes along. I’ve had quite a few comments lately asking for nutrition book recommendations, so I thought I’d share some of my favorites today. But first, there’s something I’ve changed my...

muhummara dip

all my favorites | recipes | videos Hi Reader, If you’ve never heard of muhammara, it’s a roasted red pepper and walnut dip. I first tried it on a trip to NYC when we wanted to be a bit more adventurous and try something different from hummus... and I was completely sold! More recently, I’ve also been looking for practical ways to help people eat more nuts. They're a great source of unsaturated fats and, despite nuts being relatively high in calories, regularly eating nuts doesn’t seem to be...
